Returns and Refunds
Here at George Bulwer 1918 it is in our best interest to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will gladly replace it or give a full refund, subject to the terms below.
30 Day Free Returns
Our 30 day returns policy starts from the date of delivery or collection of your purchase. Be sure to return your purchase within 30 days in its original, unused condition in its original packaging with the invoice, delivery note, attached price tag and unused with all its accessories and parts still intact, and we will refund the item in the same way that you paid for it, minus delivery charges or we will exchange the item. Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 - 10 working days to reflect in your account.
We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return and we are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product does not meet the aforementioned criterias. This also applies to gifts and goods that were delivered in error.
We will collect the product from you at no charge. Our courier is entitled to refuse any collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.
Not What You ordered?
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the Website or defective, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or refund you should you choose to get a refund.
Items Damaged During Delivery
Should your product arrive in a damaged state at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us of such delivery / collection by logging a return on the Website.
We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, replace the product as soon as possible or refund you if that is your preference. Refunds are normally handled within 8 days of logging the return (bear in mind that refunds can take 5-10 working days to reflect in your account).
Through World-Class Quality Control of all garments we do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects.
What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section 4:
faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product; and
where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
If you have received a product which turns out to be defective, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect by logging a return and we will exchange it for you. Be sure to do it within 30 days and still meets the returns criteria.
If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return.
If you return items to us by mistake and you want these returned to you, you will be charged for the cost of having the product returned to you.
If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse George Bulwer 1918 for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we do thanks to our courier service, Courier IT and its core international services being: Worldwide Express Courier; Worldwide Import Courier and International Deferred Courier.
How do I return an item?
You can return an item by sending us an email with your with your waybill number and address. State your reasoning for returning the unwanted garment. Make sure you've read our returns policy and abide by its criteria. After validation of your return request our courier will come and collect the item.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you register for an account to start adding pieces to your Wishlist, but, you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.
